Wake Foil
When we started to Wakefoil in
2016-2017, only two board options were available to learn on. You either
used a Kitefoil board, which is not optimized for a wake wave, OR you
used Slingshots flagship 4'10 Wakefoiler
board. As the sport has progressed since then, you now have a ton of
options (too many) to choose from when you begin your wake foil journey.
Not all of those new options are the right place for most people to
start successfully. One of the top questions we get is what board size
do I need to learn how to Wakefoil?

Hydrofoils
Currently, the GoFoil platform has eight different options
for you to select when putting together your perfect foil rig. The GoFoil mast
you choose can dramatically affect how you ride and your ability to progress.
GoFoil has two different mast categories; plate and tuttle. In this post we are going to
introduce them in order of height.

Wing Foiling
The WASP 5m and 6m wing
sizes are live, specially designed for light winds and or heavier
riders; these wings are going to have power. The significantly sized
Leading-edge creates stability and reduces flex; it also helps develop
pull at low speeds to get you moving sooner. The rigidity of the high
volume Leading Edge and Strut make it very efficient in light winds to
pump the wing to generate speed.
