Use of the equipment we sell on our site requires safety training. When purchasing any equipment and/or product from Solstice Sports, Inc., you assume all responsibility for any damage/injury that may result from using this equipment and/or product in any way. Solstice Sports, Inc. assumes no liability for the use of any equipment and/or products purchased, and by purchasing this equipment and/or products from Solstice Sports, Inc., you understand and accept this release of liability.

RETURN POLICY: At Solstice Sports, your satisfaction is our number one concern. You will receive a full refund (Less Shipping) for the purchase price of any unused product if it is returned within 7 days of purchase. Used gear purchases are not eligible for refund. To qualify for a refund, you must return the product to Solstice Sports within 7 day of purchase or a Return Authorization Number (R.A. #) must be issued within 7 days of purchase. Any returns of products after 7 days and within 30 days of purchase will receive Solstice Sports account credit equivalent to 100% of the purchase price of the product (Less Shipping). All sales are final after (30) days. All returns must include the original sales receipt. You are responsible for shipping charges for any returned product. All returned merchandise must bear a R.A. # on the outside of the package and on the invoice. Returns without R.A. #’s on them will not be accepted. INTERNATIONAL ORDERS: Duties and taxes associated with shipping to your country may increase the cost of your order. You are responsible for paying all import tariffs, duties, taxes, brokerage fees and any other costs related to the delivery of your product to you. These costs are in addition to the cost of your order. Solstice Sports recommends that you check all fees, practices, and import tariffs prior to placing your order. You are responsible for return freight charges should you refuse delivery of any product, or if any product is unable to be delivered to you.
WARRANTY: To inquire whether damage to your water sports gear that you purchased from Solstice sports is covered by your manufacturers’ warranty, please contact our warranty department at 800-320-WIND or support@SolsticeSports.com. In most instances, you will be required to send a digital photo of the damaged gear and certain information, including a description of the damage, how the damage occurred and the products serial number, to the warranty department. All merchandise returned for warranty replacement must bear a Return Authorization Number (R.A. #), which the Warranty Department will issue you, on the outside of the package and on the invoice. Warranty returns without R.A #’s will not be accepted. You are responsible for shipping charges for returned product. |
